Visa Support Guidance

Private Equity Africa (PEA) can provide a visa support letter for eligible international guests travelling to London to attend the PEA Awards and associated Africa Investors Week events.

Section A: Letter Prerequisites

The attendee must have already received a PEA Awards notification email, event attendance invitation or event alert from PEA.

Before PEA can issue a visa support letter, the attendee must provide:

  1. Event Registration Confirmation: A copy of the attendee’s event ticket or registration confirmation is required for bookings made through the event website. If the attendee was invoiced directly by PEA, registration confirmation will be provided once payment has been verified

  3. Passport Copy: A copy of the attendee’s passport photo page
  4. Attendee Details: Confirmation of the attendee’s contact details, job title and full official company name

Important Note

The name used for the event registration and visa support request must correspond with the attendee’s passport details.

PEA will only issue visa support letters for individuals whose attendance can be verified against our registration and payment records.
